Project Management:
Tools and framework to manage a project efficiently.

3 weeks in the workplace
Apply your know-how to your organization.
After your first week at IE Business School you will receive the sufficient input to apply business fundamentals and know-how to our organization.
During your three weeks period back at the workplace, your assignment will be to design and develop your own business plan within you organization. You will need to identify new business opportunities, improve existing processes or implement new business ideas.
